Job Descriptions

What will you do?  

  • Conduct market research, develop, draft, implement and revise business plans, procedures, methods, and guidelines. 
  • Evaluate and evolve current operational procedures and provide strategic recommendations for improvements as needed.
  • Assist in monitoring business operations to meet organizational expectations and goals.
  • Assist in coordination of all aspects of the day-to-day operations to run the company’s projects smoothly including, but not limited to: human resources management, financial preparation and management, budget preparation, purchasing.
  • Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
  • Assist in monitoring business operations to meet organizational expectations and goals.
  • Oversee special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.

Job Requirements

What does the most ideal candidate look like?

  • A Bachelor’s degree in business management or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of professional experience.
  • Prior work experience in an ed-tech or e-commerce company (preferable)
  • Good oral and written English communication
  • Critical-thinking skills
  • Problem-solving skills

  • Project management skills
  • Data analysis
  • Market research
  • Think through details and tactics without losing sight of overall strategic goals.
  • Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Power Point, etc
